Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Called to order the other day and was treated like any questions were a problem and was extremely rude. I hung up with the person. I called back for a manager to report this person and it was the manager who had acted this way. I asked for her manager and she said she couldn't share it was a private number. I asked how someone could someone complain and was told only by a survey and if I purchased was the only way to get a survey. I was able to find the survey on my own without a purchase and reported this. To date I haven't been contacted which further shows the owners don't really care if they lose business. We will go elsewhere from now on and ensure if we do purchase from Papa Murphy's it's not the same franchise owners of Smokey Point location.

Ordered pizza an hour in advanced, showed up to pick it up and they hadn't even started to make the pizza. Apparently when you order online it means they will start it when you walk in the door. Horrible system they have. They need to create a better flow system to be more successful and have more happy customers.

Very friendly as always and ready to serve only down fall is there never seems to be enough people working 2 or 3 people at a time during a rush
