This company also known by Plumbers, INC. My home owner warranty sent them for diagnosis. I was told that I have to pay thousands out of pocket first. so I didn't want to use them for the actual repair. But they were obligated to submit diagnostic report requested by the warranty company. After 3 month and countless phone calls. They finally submitted the report, but instead of submitting the facts, they submitted false information which resulted my claim being denied. This company is dishonest and I would not do business with them. If your home owner warranty send them, you should reject and have them send someone else.

I think this company must only work with insurance companies to get customers. Their strategy is to bust holes in your wall and then hit you with a massive estimate (in my case $785 for a repair that I can do for $50). There estimates are not transparent. Also service was bad. I had someone talk down to me on several occasions. Also the plumber was late 2/3 time even though they had a 4 hour window. The 3rd visit, the plumber actually arrived on time but then he left without explaining why. If you are for some reason reading this before doing business with Direct Connection Plumbing, I hope you reconsider.

The worst experience I've had dealing with any business. It took almost a week to get my leak fixed. I got stood up on 3 separate days after taking off work to meet the plumber. The plumber was almost 2hrs late to a 4hr scheduled window. They took twice as long as I was told it would take to fix. I had to clean up after they left because they left a mess. On top of all of that they tried to charge me an extra $400 more then what was agreed upon. I will never use this business for anything ever again. I would never recommend this company for anything. Stay away. Would give 0 stars if I could. If our home warranty didn't send them out I would have dropped them after the first missed appointment and called someone else.

Terrible customer service, limited plumbing knowledge, takes the money and runs biz, does not check their work once completed

My home owners insurance sent this company out the guy got out of his car and I told him what was going on it was a leak under the house Sewer pipe He said hes not going under the house never looked at the job drove off and submitted a complete faults report to the insurance company that the house was flooded underneath he had no access Which was totally faults when I made the appointment I told him they be going under the house they said no problem The sky came early I think he blew all his appointments off
