I had this company clean out my Kitchen drain pipe. The service was great, very professional. The technician was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I would definitely recommend this plumbing and drain service!
Chris was amazing. I called for a clogged laundry and kitchen sink. This is something that happens about once a year. Chris said that's not right let me snake it and see what it looks like. Most technicians come out and snake it and be done with it. Chris did it looked like mud on the snake so they put the camera down there and found a hole in the pipe. Which led them to reroute that line to my main line. While they were doing the main line Chris said we should check the main line for roots and she enough my main line has 2 cracks in it. But all this to say if Chris didn't take pride in fixing my problem permanently I never would of known the damage I had under ground. I would highly recommend them and if you can ask for Chris.
ARS / Rescue Rooter came out to replace my inadequate water heater.nThey installed a new one quickly and professionally, with no mess, no worry, and no hassles. I would recommend their services and definitely use them again for any plumbing issues.
Plumber was super nice and friendly. He examined the drain and unclogged it within a matter of 10 minutes. He even made sure to ask prior to see if I had any coupons or discounts, and since I didn't, he made sure to still give me a 10% coupon. Drain is clogged and shower tub is ready to use again! I called the night before and was able to get an appointment the very next day. Will definitely be using this company again
