Great service. I just had my water heater replacement done in Colton,Ca, first time using this company , very professional workman ship done by Lance. This is one of the best company's that I've dealt with in a very long time...Professional from beginng to end with reasonable prices! Luis was punctual, prompt, & very polite. We even received a text to confirm appointment time & a courtesy text when he was in route for my appointment. Good employees but not enough of them, 8 days with no hot water, water heater will not be hooked up unless I buy a new one from them pretty much being forced to pay to get my hot water back on. Home energy insurance is the worst experience ever if u don’t buy from them u get no coverage. They didn’t care of elders living here that need hot water and didn’t pick up the trash they made. Bottom line if I don’t buy a new water heater which I don’t need they won’t connect the one I had. ud83dudc4eud83cudffc Lancelot’s plumbing is the company they sent out.
