A bit out of the way if you're looking to stay within the downtown Palm Springs general area but worth it for the low prices.
On 8/3/2020 I went into the store to exchange a drill I had purchased the day before. Unfortunately the battery would not charge. I chose a corded drill for the same price.nWhen the cashier rang up the new drill I asked her to take off the 20% coupon as they had on the prior day. She asked me if i had the coupon with me. I told her i did not still have the coupon, but it showed on the receipt.nShe insisted she could not give me the discount on the exchange to make it an even exchange.nShe called the manager who also refused to honor my even exchange.nShe told me that if I did not have the actual coupon I could not get the discount. I tried in vain to explain that the cashier from the prior day took the coupon and this was simply an even exchange.nShe said this is store policy.nThis is crazy.nI love this store's inventory and convenience but I decided to take my business to Lowes. At least they understand customer service and logic.nI hope this review helps the store to re-train their staff.
They do not have a mobile scooter for handicapped, made shopping trip very quick, woulda probably spent more money if I could of spent some time there.
Cheap chinese tools, I have a bench sander, a rotary tool, and a weed eater.... all working fine... safe and doing the job that I expected .... good value but probably not as long lasting as name brand tools
I had been coming back for 3 weeks, trying to get a mobile stand for my miter saw. everytime they were out,though it showed one in the system. This was my 4th time coming back and, the same thing. System showed one, but no where to be found. Jasmin (I believe her name was) , not only took it upon herself to double check with her own eyes. But also chased me down on my way out to my car to apologies and inform me that she found it. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
