I got an email saying I get a free full size Tarte mascara for my birthday. I went in today to get it (second store that's conveniently out) and they were out, but they did have this little TRAVEL size one. Don't say what you're offering for free if you aren't going to actually HAVE it! Maybe say surprise birthday gift. I wasted a whole hour just driving to both stores! I had even called here to see if they had it (I specifically asked before driving there) and was told that yes, they do, which alas they do not. I'm VERY disappointed. To top it off, both places didn't even say anything about being out of the full size mascara, I had to say something as they were about to ring it up. I've had so many bad experiences at ULTA, all of them. I wish there was another option

Dang! This store has literally EVERY beauty product! LolnLots of aisles and a big nice selection of products. One of the nice workers had to help me find what I needed.

Love this ultra location, the ladies here are always very helpful and the brow bar hasn't ever disappointed me

Courtney is my hairdresser and always does a fantastic job. I'm a pretty low key hair need right now that I'm back to natural, but she always did a great job keeping my blonde up at level 10.nnFor the cosmetic side of the store always find what I need. Everyone's always super helpful.

They will stare at you while talking behind their masks like you are robbing the place. Not a welcoming atmosphere.
