I have always loved hair masters in the past! But I wanted to get my hair colored. When you google them it says book online appointment. I did just that. Only to call them when I'm almost there, and I'm running 2 minutes late due to construction. She told me that they are booked up and they just got notified about my online booking so there was nothing they could do for me.nnI get the system isn't working but dont be dismissive of your customers. You didnt even offer to schedule me for when you did have time.

Come here for most of our haircuts. They do a good job most of the time. Has 1 bad cut in 2 years.

Booked an appointment for 1:00 on the 22. Showed up and they are closed! I only got the notification that they canceled my appointment after I had already left my house. Why do you have an online booking system allow people to book appointments when you're closed it's a mess.
