Was told on the phone while at work that walk-ins and online check ins were available, went down there and had forgot my mask, came down the second time just to get told that they don't do walk-ins and all online check-ins full for the day. Then when I called for clarity not only did the employee refuse to give her name, but also hung up on me when I asked who it was I was speaking to. Will not be coming back here if the employees there ask in such a manner.
