Memo was AWESOME! If you need a plumber, please call him first. He is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, kind, and offers reasonable pricing. He unclogged 4 sinks and 2 bath tubs and even checked my dishwasher at no extra charge!
At this point.. I WOULD NOT recommend this company. I have talked to them 3 times over the past week. I do not have an EMERGENCY job, was not requesting them to come over quickly. Memo's told me they would come to my home 3 times. I waited for this company......for hours. What a waste of time.... and 3 times...they did not show up. And no follow up call. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! If you don't want the work... that's cool, but, be professional and tell the customer.
I don't write reviews, I don't have the time. However, this time I am because I am horribly disappointed in Memo. I have used his services for several years and never considered him irresponsible until now. I called him to work on my residence, he did show as agreed and after assessing the situation in my kitchen sink he recommended to replace a faucet and remove a clog in the garbage disposal. I gave him $200 CASH and the KEY to my house so he could work during the daytime while I was at my office. He never returned and he has not answered my repeated attempts to reach him; he is gone and took the cash and key with him. I have filed a complaint with the California Contractors State License Board; in summary, call Memo at your own risk.
Memo went far and beyond the service he was being hired to do. He is extremely professional, FAST, efficient, courteous AND he has a great sense of humor! I highly recommend anyone looking for Plumbing services to hire Memo's Plumbing! He's the best! Thank you, Memo!!
Excellent plumber. Reasonable. Well mannered. Thoughtful on time highly recommend. Installed two faucets in kitchen and bath and one toilet anticipated and solved problems
