It's not easy to find a good plumber in the Coachella Valley when you really need one. My house's drain system was clogged, backing up into my bathrooms and kitchen--not good! No washing, no shower. I was fortunate to have a contractor refer me to Right Choice Air Conditioning and Plumbing in La Quinta. Chris, with staff, came to my home on time as promised, found the problem…a stubborn clog…and removed it. I found Chris to be professional and competent. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, did not talk down to me and quickly solved my problem leaving my home in good order. I'm now retired but have had several homes and worked with many service companies over the years. Our Valley is well served by Chris and Right Choice.

Ever since I've used Chris and his company, let me say it's the Right Choice. Today had leak on my top floor, clogged a/c line...Made the call, sent his tech out within 20 mins he's at my door, wow!!...Led him to the attack, solved my problem within an hour. Fantastic team, great communication and always reasonable.nThank you Chris for you timely response, you saved me thousands in potential damages and your tech was absolutely professional, wore his mask and did a great job!!nnThank you,nJ.

Aside from other companies I’ve used in the past, Right Choice is like no other, Right Choice plumbing was on time and very reasonable, they had done a great job on my water heater install from knowing the exact codes to making sure there were no other issues with my plumbing inside my house.nI also had them look at my Ac free of charge that same day since i had my water heater replaced.nEverything is running fine thanks to Right Choice! Chris and his crew arrived on time and on a holiday weekend at that! This was the second time I have used his services. Very helpful and great at what he does. Most important, he is trustworthy. I will definitely use him again if I need a good plumber!

All Readers, Please Read: called in for ac service,9/2/20. They came at 4pm. Very bad communication.i had to stay on them, no response....nnPS to be continued:n*****( this was my experience.)*****n1 didn't show up on timen2 poor communicationn3 appearance dirtyn4 bad attituden5 removed a item and don't know to put it back on.n6 had to call another ac service to repair whàt needed to finish.nnWhen you get something repaired you should really feel good after it was repaired and it's working you should never have to feel the way I feel having a rude individual not do the repair correctly and leave it that way I advise you find somebody else to do your repairs he's terrible. USMCn(the bottom line,I called someone else and they fixed it!
