I can not recommend this company enough! We have had to use them several times over that past couple months as we had a slab leak and other issues that we needed help with. We appreciate the guys that came out to the house and did a great job. Today we had Armando back out to our house and his service is top notch!! This is a local family owned business and the owners are kind and friendly and make you feel like you are a priority to them. Main drain was plugged. Mike fit us into their schedule at the last minute. Armando came out same day and found a difficult to locate main drain access and cleared drain. He was prompt, personable and efficient. Price was reasonable. We had called Roto-Router the evening before and they were a rip-off. We will definitely call Nootbaar Plumbing for future plumbing services.
They did a great job fixing a faucet leak in our shower and replacing the drain fitting in the tub, which also made it look a lot better. Also fixed our master bath toilet and got rid of the hard water stain in it. They got here on-time, gave us a courtesy call beforehand, and kept their work clean. Great work, thank you!
I have had the privilege to have Mike Nootbaar and his team as our plumbers for many years. They always get the job done right, and in a timely manner. Mike went to bat for me big time when my water heater broke and the company wasn't honoring their warranty. He got me a brand new one and installed it beautifully. All the employees are knowledgable and friendly. Nootbaar Plumbing is what the American Mom & Pop business is all about. They are family owned, care about their customers and employees, work hard and do their best to make it an overall great experience.
