Although I didn't call him until about 12:30 p.m., Peter was still able to fit us in. In fact, he had a cancellation and was able to come earlier than originally thought. He came prepared and was not only knowledgeable, but was also a delightful person. It was a great experience.

Peter was outstanding. He was the third gentleman to be assigned a repair through my home warranty. He was on time and quickly found the issues that the other two plumbers did not. I will certainly go to Peter every time I need any form of plumbing work done.

I am very happy I called Downs plumbing. I tried a few other companies, but they all refused to come and take a look at our clogged sink, or the prices was so outrageous that did not even make sense. The excuse was it is Saturday afternoon and it will be an emergency call. I called Downs plumbing. Right away they told me there is no problem, they will be here first thing in the morning and the price was very very reasonable. He was at my house on Sunday at 8 am, did an excellent job, very professional, very quick, right to the root of the problem and it was done. The price was exactly what he told me on the phone, no fuss, no extra, no excuses. I am very happy with the service we got. I would definitely recommend Downs plumbing to friends and family and will definitely use them again.

Paul came to the house exactly when he was scheduled. He came and fixed faucet leak through home warranty. I asked him kindly to check if there’s any other issues and he noticed a problem with my overflow. He went above and beyond his call through warranty and fix that as well.He also looked at other plumbing issues. He was very professional,greeted me kindly and also wore booties to protect our new floor . I recommend him for any plumbing purposes and he’s also very honest

They were the only company that said they thought they could fix my problem early in the evening on Labor Day. But Peter called me about 3PM & said he he would be here in about 20 minutes. And he finished in about 15 minutes after he got here.nnHe did an excellent job and fixed 2 other minor problems with it at the same time for free! So I will call them whenever I need a plumber. And I highly recommend their service.
