Our experience with Pro Flo was absolutely outstanding. They are a perfect example of how a business should be managed. From speaking with Justine on the phone, setting up our diagnostic appointment was quick and easy. Mateo was the technician who came out to check our air conditioning unit. He was very thorough and gave us an honest evaluation of what we needed. When we decided on replacing our entire system, Mateo made sure the whole process would go smoothly. The team showed up on time, lead by Bobby. They were courteous and made sure everything was covered up around the work area inside, even the carpet. Considering they replaced our entire system, they were very efficient and by the end of the day we were enjoying our air conditioning. Good job guys! We will definitely refer Pro Flo to all our family and friends. Thank you!

My AC Unit went down and we were miserable for a few days.nnI called ProFlo this afternoon and they scheduled for a technician to show up a few hours later. Brian showed up, and within a minute of checking, he knew what the issue was. My AC was up and running in no time. Very knowledgeable, professional and a nice guy! I would recommend them to anyone! I am very satisfied with their service.

From start to finish a truly professional company! Called at 8pm and had someone here within 15 mins. Was told by another company that my unit couldn't be fixed and would need to spend 14k for a new one! 600 bucks, a couple parts and two hours later and we are back in business! Mateo was our tech and he was AWESOME! The most friendly person and walked me through all steps as he worked on it! Recommend to all and I will be using again in my commercial real estate business and already referred them to multiple people!

ProFlo came to our home on short-notice. Brian was extremely helpful and professional. We will definitely use them in the future for our HVAC needs.

My heater died and Proflo was able to come out the next day. The technician Mateo had it up and running in about an hour. He was very knowledgeable, quick and very courteous. I also thought that Proflo was reasonably priced. I'll definitely be calling on them again in the future.
