When I called I anticipated having to wait several days for an opening but Alex was able to fit me in on the same day.. When he arrived he was upfront about pricing, clean, and he walked me through the entire process leaving nothing unclear. It’s definitely refreshing finding a plumber who is honest and reliable.
Alex and his handy helper (young man, I forgot his name), saved the day by fixing my leaking shower. Super easy to get ahold of the business and they scheduled me next morning. They arrived within the quoted time frame. Alex and handy helper explained the problem and the options to fix the issue. Prices very clear per option and the time frame for each option was also clear. Prices very competitive and affordable. The leak was fixed within 30 minutes, very fast. Alex also turned the water on and off for me as well. Happy resolution, will use this company again for plumbing needs.
