Called them earlier today and their representative Tony came out same day (same hour) to help us address our clogged sewer lines.nnAfter service, instead of just leaving, Tony stayed with us to make sure everything was in working order (and we're grateful for that as the situation had a bit more going on than we were aware of and we would have been -still- without our use of our waterline until we got -another- service rep out).nnThey were friendly, professional, willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied.nIf we have any future plumbing needs, this company is on the top end of our list.
Fast and professional service
As soon as I called (on a Saturday) my call was answered and a technician was out within an hour (down on Peninsula in the Summer no less). Steven (tech# 7276) was professional, prompt and clearly explained the issue I had with my toilet. He was able to repair my issue and avoid the toilet replacement in the rental unit I own. It was so painless and I would certainly use RR again in the future!
We contacted Roto Rooter because of a broken tub pipe. Efrain G was dispatched to us. He showed up quickly after they called about a tech on the way. He was polite, professional and quick and clean. He provided the best possible solution for us that would insure the job was taken care off. Would highly recommend Roto Rooter and especially Efrian.
Stephen and his supervisor, Jason, did a great job clearing our outdoor drains. They were friendly and courteous. They kept their masks on the entire time. I would highly recommend either of them to others. Thank you for hiring such fine young men.
