Very great service ! We will recommend to everyone in our neighborhood. Jeff the supervisor was so professional , honest , reliable and straight forward. We were able to send photo before hand so they could order the emergency party . Dave worked hard on the job and came early because he knew the emergency with the 97 degree heat and horses in need of water.nnWe are so thankful !
Our upstairs air conditioning was not working properly. The fan was working but not the condenser unit.nnOur Technician discovered that the Secondary Motor Control had failed so the compressor was not engaged. He installed the new part. All good and we have air conditioning again!nnTechnician was very professional and explained everything in simple terms to describe the issue.nnWe did have and will always have the warranty renewal each year which is a great value and well-worth having. If we had NOT had the warranty renewal for repairs and seasonal checkup maintenance, we would have had to pay more than slightly less than $400.00 for the repair. I highly recommend the yearly warranty renewal. WELL WORTH THE REASONABLE PRICE.
I had to replace my AC unit, and received the most expedient and professional service. The installers (Kelly & Raul) were top notch in service & experience. Kelly installed my AC unit “right the first time.” They were highly knowledgeable and well-skilled. Very friendly & courteous. I will highly recommend Goettl to my friends and neighbors! Price on the unit alone was $13k. During the quote I showed the person I identified a similar unit from the same manufacture for under 4K the day before. I was also told when I’m ready to call and they can try to reduce the cost. Why not give your best cost at that time, why pad the amount. I’m ready to move in a week or two, what’s going to change so significantly?
Our A/C broke down after 2 straight days of triple digit weather.nnLet's start with what was good:nGoettl was able to schedule an appointment the next day, and the technician came on time, and quickly identified the issue. Our A/C was back up and running 20 minutes after the techinician started the repair.nnNow the bad:nThe technician charged us $952 for the 20-min of work to replace two parts that cost less than $100 together. I would've ordered the parts and replace them myself but I reluctantly went ahead with the job because I didn't want my kids to suffer any more days waiting for the parts to come in AC-less home. I did try calling their main office to confirm that that was their set pricing since I felt like it was so unreasonable. Main office agent wouldn't confirm any pricing for me saying that they are not allowed to do that. This made me think that the technicians are allowed to quote different prices based on what they think the customer will pay.nnThe technician also kept asking me to buy their annual membership for $200 repeatedly and even offering the deal for $100 off. Shady business practice.nnI'll give two stars for the job well done and no more for poor value. I don't know how they stay in business charging customers such an unreasonable price. I won't use their service again nor recommend them to anyone.
