Great customer service. The staff really help me out to find a faucet replacement. Which I've tried to look for at big hardware stores like Home Depot and Lowe's but was very unsuccessful until I went to Ace Hardware Store. Thank you. Definitely going back.
After spending the day hunting down some fittings for my waterhose I drove to Ace hardware store and customer service was amazing and very knowledgeable in what exactly I needed. Masks and Safe distancing were in play. They were all very helpful
I recently have experienced one of the traditional way of doing business at Ace Hardware. Jay and Tony, store associates we able not only to sell me the right product but helped me with some minor repairs as well. Thank you for reminding me that old tradition and value in servicing clients still excitst.

I will never shop and I do not recommend that any of shop at this place. I do not need to be racially profiled and watched like If I’m going to steel something. The white employee watching my every move is disgusting.
