Carlos is AMAZING and honest. I have been having issues for awhile and he fixed the issue. He is very polite and explains everything in detail. If you want a reliable, honest and get the job done right the first time call Desert Rooter and speak with Carlos.
I’ve used Desert Rooter on several occasions and he always does a great job! Carlos has replaced all the plumbing pipes in a house, changed toilets, installed water heaters, faucets and installed gas piping and appliances. He shows up when says and is very reasonable with his prices! His greatest value comes with fact that I trust and respect him!!
I called Carlos about a slow leak in a pipe to the water heater. He came out the next morning and fixed it quickly and professionally, keeping me informed along the way so there were no surprises. He’s now my go-to guy for any plumbing needs!
