A little bit of everything, great customer service
Dont go to home depot or lowes, go to this True Value. Its where the locals and old timers go. They know bestnnEmployees are knowledgeable and friendly. You can get almost anything you need. Products are exactly the same as big box stores. And in many cases better quality. Prices are fair or a bit more than the box stores but no walking down vast isles to get what you need.
I had a good experience here. I needed a battery for my car key fob. The guy working found it and installed it in like 20 seconds.
Purchased a Traeger grill, used once worked fine. Several days later tried to use the grill it wouldn't heat up. Called the Tru Value store where it was purchased ( marketplace Tru Value ) and the owner advised he would not take it back because it was used. I advised how would I know if it was defective if I didn't use it. We have been regular customers at this store , but will never go back.
