HAD GREAT SERVICE FROM RUBEN. NEVER SEEN HIM B4. HE MIXED MY PAINT AND DID A FANTASTIC JOB. I NEEDED HIS HELP TO GET 2 TOILETS. RUBEN INFORMED ME ABOUT REBATES FROM WATER CO. HOT DAMN. I WANTED KOLHER, BUT 2X THE PRICE. I WAS ABLE TO BUY THEM NOW. WE HOPE TO SEE MORE RUBEN SHOPPING FOR OUR REMODELING. JOE IN PAINT IS THE BEST.

Originally I had gone to the Palm Springs Home Depot trying to match a color from a paint lid from the can of paint I used for my living room 12 years ago. They did the matching, I got it home and did some touch up and it was way too light. I then went to the Rancho Mirage location and was helped in the paint department by Ruben. Ruben took the time to explain the paint matching process to me, showing the correct procedure of pounding the paint can lid as flat as possible to try to get the correct color, which the associate in the other store did not do. He looked at the color the other store made, asked me some specific questions about my needs and was able to match the paint pretty much exactly. His professionalism and attention to detail made it so I didn't have to repaint an entire room on a time crunch. Customer service like that can be rare and I really appreciated his help and expertise. Thanks, Ruben!

I was able to use my past credit. They had a better price on moving boxes than their competition, Lowe's. Plus the Loews boxes didn't have handles cut out. A very important over-sight, if you ask me!
