Called ahead of time to check if they had what I needed, which no other places in town did, and they did! Walked in and was immediately greeted by the cashier who asked if I needed help finding anything so I told her what I was looking for and she quickly called up James who directed me exactly where I needed to go and quickly! Overall great experience and friendly staff!! Visited 11/16/2020 at around noon.

Absolutely love this store. Seems like no matter what weird thing I need, they have it. Everyone is so nice and so helpful as well.

Went there looking for part. Waited close to 10 minutes for clerk to finish her conversation with another customer. Conversation was about a mutual acquaintance had nothing to do hardware. Clerk didn't even acknowledge me as I stood right by her.nnWow I'm a local contractor won't be coming back unless I'm desperate. No great loss to me... Especially since items are a little over priced and the product quality seems to be lacking. True value isn't what it once was... Too bad
