Vito was very nice and professional. After finished the job, he gave recommendations for preventing future backup. The price was less than others and they were upfront about the cost.

Nothing like walking into a flooded bathroom on Sunday at dinner time, only to realize the line is backed up and there's all kinds of nasty in the other shower. Super grateful for the availability and service these guys were able to provide within a couple of hours. Now we're free flowing and the kids can shower for school. Thank you!

The Company Owners (father & son) are very courteous & knows their job well - they easily found the culprit for the sewer water backup on our house. They DID NOT charge for the job & even offered a good price for the repair - which I believe is cheaper compared to other Contractors or to the standard rates. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - you will never regret & surely be satisfied doing business with them.

I called to get a quote an appointment to fix one of our toilets. It was already afternoon, so I wasn't sure I would get a call back that day, but hoped it wouldn't be too long. Within literally just 10 minutes of leaving a message on their website I had an appointment that same day. Jeff came out. He was friendly professional and knowledgeable. He told me within in a short time what the problem was, gave me a quote and immediately began the work, also their followup is great. I hope I don't have any other plumbing issues anytime soon, but if I do, I know I who to call. I'm so impressed with Jeff and New Flow Plumbing.
