Charles and Angela were awesome!!! Replaced a 70' trenchless sewer line that was 85 years old. Charles explained the process in detail and then some. All costs were well planned out and detailed and very fair.. Could not have been happier with the job they performed. Highly recommended.
I called several plumbing places and left my phone number. The only one who called me back was Sancified Plumbing. They were very concerned with my plumbing problem and came as quickly as they could. Charles was competant and polite. He did a fantastic job on a difficult problem!
I had a positive experience with Sanctified Plumbing and Sewer. They answered the phone right away and set me up with a convenient appointment same day. Charles arrived on time and was very courteous, honest, fair and thorough. I wish every service provider would maintain a commitment to their customers like these guys do!
My review is way overdue. I had an emergency in which my water heater suddenly went into its death throes. I didn't know a plumber so went online to find one. I did the usual due diligence and checked reviews whenever possible. I took a chance on Sanctified and am happy to have done so.nnCharles was quick to respond to my emergency and got a new water heater installed. He also got all the necessary permits for the installation and took away the corpse of my old unit. The work was professional, and he made sure to clean-up the work area when the installation was completed. Awesome job!nnCharles and Angela are great people to work with and I would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you.
I can't speak highly enough to the personal service, attention to detail, cleanliness and the work that Charles and Angela did.nnI had several small repairs that I needed done and a new toilet installation as well. What I liked most about Charles is that he always took the time to explain things to me and he's honest, direct and straight to the point. What also stood out is that Charles breaks down the situation and gives you options - talks about pros and cons. He never tried to pressure me and just wanted to make sure I understood the different options so I felt comfortable in deciding my next step of action with my plumbing repairs.nCharles is an extremely experienced plumber which you can tell once he starts explaining things to you which I really appreciated.nThank you.
