It's Saturday and Brian and Anthony came to the rescue. New pipes had to be put in under the kitchen and the crawl space is under my bed in my bedroom. Yes, under the bed. These two were awesome and worked non stop to get the job done. I will call them any time there is another issue.

Jimmy came out and gave a great competitive quote, and that is exactly what they charged, when James came out to do the repairs. Both very professional and great at their job. Thank you both. The sprinklers are working great now.

I had contacted this company after having a previous company come in and use a router on our backyard drainage system. I informed the technician Eric that the previous company was not able to establish any change in flow with their services. I was convinced to use their pressurized Hydro jet system because it solves “90%” of drainage problems. I was a bit hesitant because it was late in the evening and I was not able to get a hold of my husband to discuss the options however and it started to rain again and there was expressed concern that there would be more flooding if something wasn’t done because at this point there was no flow in the drainage system... also I was reassured that they are a very reputable company, and it would help me find some solution if the recent overflow after the procedure. So that night they spent a couple of hours on the system and the next morning no change. When I contacted the company and they came out they told me that the system is so complex that I need to spend at least $20000- 25,000 to reconstruct it. However I contacted a third company (sprinkler medic) and they came and did an amazing job and were able to diagnose the problem within one morning and gave us a solution which is only $2000-3000.

I had a plumbing emergency this morning - sewer water backup that was flooding all bathrooms. My husband used to handle these things but no longer is able to help so I didn't even know how to turn the main water line off! The dispatcher got Mark out very, very quickly and he fixed the problem. He also gave me a quick tutorial on emergency things to do in the future. The cost was reasonable and I was very satisfied with his work.
