I believe the Techs name was Andrew. Very rude and snappy. Made me feel stupid about asking questions about my installation. Also blamed somebody else who apparently forgot to order items that he needed for his install. I would give you Zero stars if possible. Wasted my whole day on a easy install. Terrible representation for a company.
