Excellent service, very professional, and competitive rates. They fixed the sewer line in a timely manner and their price was lower than any other quotes that I had. They even fixed a nearby faucet for me at no charge and told me a few useful tips for maintenance. Highly recommend!
Delta does very quality work and they are very professional. Kamran is very easy to talk to, easy going and friendly. We’ve used him a few times (once for a leak, and the other to replace an AC unit) and he’s always been on time and very willing go over exactly what he’s going to do and how he’s going to fix it, so that we understand. We had a leak in bathroom and also needed a new AC unit. Finding a company who was honest and trustworthy can sometimes be challenging but when Kamran from Delta showed up, we new after a few minutes of chatting with him that he was someone who was genuinely interested in helping us out and not just trying to make some money off us. He is honest, on time, very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and does quality work. I would highly recommend Delta to anyone looking for quality, honest work. Thank you Kamran and the team! Air conditioner was broken and Delta PH&A repaired it the same day.nElectrical repair was done followed by general maintenance and freon level measurement. Only electrical component was replaced. This was a quick and professional service. I highly recommend using their services.
I was very impressed with Kamran’s level of Professionalism, honesty and expertise. It is very difficult to find people in his line of business who do not try to rip you off. He not only fixed the problem at the first property I was dealing with an AC issue, I had him check out the AC units at my other properties and he provided me with such a great service at a very reasonable price.
