The service provided was not bad. We had a leaking hot water heater and needed a plumber. Our home warranty company could not get a plumber out until the next afternoon. They authorized us to find a plumber to replace the water heater. Orange Coast did replace the heater but charged us 2800.00 to do so. We were in a very difficult position and I felt like they took advantage of the situation. We could not risk water damage and the drain was clogged with sentiment so I was unable to drain the tank.nnI am now fighting with my home warranty company for reimbursement since the 2800.00 was more then they feel is a reasonable cost.nnI selected this company after reading some of the reviews. I was never really provided a breakdown the costs either. Again I feel we were over charged.

I called OC Plumbing @5 pm due to a sudden rupture of the water shutoff valve under a toilet. The operator I spoke to was very courteous and informed me that the assessment/repair could be done that same night, which was fantastic. Technicians Anthony and Curt arrived quickly and were very polite and professional in their assessment and repair recommendation--the work was done quickly, replacing the valve unit assemblies/hose and also checked the water pressure(due to the sudden water rupture). My experience was very positive, and I will definitely use Orange Coast Plumbing for any future needs.

Called for inspection on new home purchase. Jill was helpful and friendly and had an appointment next day. Nate met me on time and was thorough, walking me through every step of the process. He was courteous and professional, the quote was reasonable and I have every confidence that should I choose to use them for the work it will be done the right way!

We are extremely pleased with the quality of work that was done and the technician Jeff that completed the job. This is the third time we have used this company and will used them again if we need services.

Nolan & Taylor arrived promptly to evaluate a leaking pipe that is connected to the main water shutoff valve that supplies water to the landscape irrigation. They were very professional and knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done to fix the problem and completed the repairs. I am satisfied with their work and highly recommend Nolan and Taylor of Orange Coast Plumbing. We will definitely use this company again for any plumbing service.
