No call, no show for appointment. No return call after leaving a voicemail to follow up. Finally had someone out 48 hours later, who provided a quote and scheduled work. On the day of the appointment, they were again a no call, no show. Called to inquire and spoke to a gentleman who said he'd call back in 2 minutes. He never called back. Great prices, but their scheduling and customer service couldn't possibly be worse.
For slab leakage I recommend Murphy and Sons. I recommend calling one other plumbing company first and get a quote. Then call Murphy and Sons. The difference will be clear. They will focus on fixing the problem at the right price and no up sale. Leak detection takes just only minutes and other companies would charge 392 dollars or worse 300 per hour. Total ripoff. Our slab leakage was fixed in three hours.
