Not what it used to be prior to Covid 19
Horrible experience. False advertising. They have a sign on their flooring isles that states $2.50 Per square foot for vinyl and laminate flooring.. it also says free removal, haul away, floor prep and trim. I live in a small condo and was quoted $2500. After they came out and measured and got back to me they said it would be closer to $6000. Total rip off. Especially since they use third party contractors! What a joke. Waste of time. Don’t do your flooring through them. If you look at their reviews a lot of people had terrible experiences with having flooring done by them.
More Variety more inventory and better customer service than other Home Depot's
I wish they can provide more help...most of the time they are pretty busy and no one can help.
I would have given a 5 star, but I can't never find anyone to help me there.
