Good burgers, but the fries suck and the portion is too big. Doesn't anyone serve Pepsi anymore? The burgers were good.
I am glad they have the dining open even if it is limited, the burger patty was not great it was dry but the burger as a whole was good flavor so I ate it, love the A1 sauce and bacon. I ordered a milkshake to go and had to wait a longgg time. The milkshake was good though, 8 months pregnant approved! It was pretty clean too.
Pretty standard fare for a five guys burgers. The covid precautions took away the ketchup and malt vinegar, which makes it harder to do things the wayweeks for fries. They also used to be way more generous at this location with fries, adding a lot more to the bag (five guys does a cup of fries and then some additional added to the bag). Now it seems they add a measured amount. But they are pretty consistent on quality and customer service here, and I probably drop by once every 2 weeeks.
Good burgers pretty quick even for a weekend night. Have places to sit inside and out. Vegitarian options available.
I ordered online, but the order didn’t go through. However, I was still charged for the order. Manager told me to come in and place another order and be charged again. She assured me the first charge would be reversed within 15-45 minutes. It still has yet to be reversed. She refused to give me any information on how I can recoup my money. Instead saying she’d have the owner call me back within a few weeks. Seriously?? She told me to call google. Really?? You’re the manager. You should know how to get a customer’s money back! I’ve yet to hear from anyone.
