I chose this company because of their honest approach. They did not trash other companies or products, they patiently explained the pros and cons. Sean was not a typical pushy salesman. He was as detailed as I wanted to go. I got a product that will serve me well. I got an end result (an extra pantry duct) that others told me was impossible.nI'm one satisfied customer!
Anaheim HVAC Services came out within 24 hours of our initial quote request and was able to diagnose the issue with our AC pretty quickly. He was upfront and gave a price for the part and replacement. All of this happened on a Saturday. On the Monday when the part came in he was out my house early to get it installed and get my AC working again. He also gave some long term maintenance advice to keep in mind to avoid having issues in the future.nnI would definitely use Anaheim HVAC Services again.
Had a new high efficiency system installed last year, and signed up for their bi-annual inspection. This Spring, Ryan was the technician who was assigned to my appointment. Ryan was professional, very courteous, and personable. I asked Ryan if they recommend a good duct cleaning service and he told me about their service and product used to clean. I expressed my interest in having it done, and he even made the call and set the appointment for me.
Amazing service from Anaheim HVAC Services. I filled out the form online in the morning and had a sleeve ac installed a few hours later. Team couldn't have been any nicer or more professional. Absolutely a 5 STAR company.
