I’ve used Rooter Hero several times for plumbing repairs and they always send someone the same day or the next day. On this occasion, I had a small gas leak and they responded so quickly. I’m always very happy with their service.
Although Jimmy was not able to unclog my drain, he tried his best and was very professional. I wanted to pay him but their policy is if the drain is not unclogged, you don't pay. Thank you for all your hard work.
