We were extremely pleased with their quick response time. They came out within a few hours of my phone call to replace our water heater. Tony was extremely friendly and professional. He did an excellent job, explained the costs, and completed the project in about an hour and a half. I would definitely use them again or recommend them to others. Thank you!

Our water heater started leaking early in the week. I called water heaters at night for their 24/7 service on the phone, and got them to book a technician to come out to my home to replace our 18 year old water heater. Dave did quick work on it and I had hot water up and running in no time. Quick, responsive, and quality all in one here. Thank you!

Nancy setup the appointment and was very helpful. Answered all my questions and made me feel that a customer was important to them. Brad did the install and did an excellent job. Quality craftsmanship. This company and their staff are Highly recommended!

The whole process was easy and professional at a fair price. I asked for sometime after 3pm and I was given a window of 3-7pm. Ron our Technician was there right at 3:10 and call before hand to let me know he was on his way. The job was done professionally and Ron provided some insight on how to use and maintain the water heater. I would recommend this service and company

Outstanding very fast customer service. Very courteous responsive knowledgeable phone staff 24/7! Needed new water heater on a Sunday. Was delivered within 1 hr. Great install team. Highly recommend. We own several rental properties and have water heater experience. Water Heaters Only is our new go to company. And love buying American made product. Thank you.
