Connor was on time for the appointment, very polite and professional. He diagnosed the three issues I was having in a timely manner and provided me with the results and the solutions. He explained clearly what needed to be done, how long it would take, and the ultimate outcome. I appreciate his patience with my questions and he took the time to give me the explanations and reasons why certain things needed to be done. He was not pushy, allowing me time to make the decisions I needed to make.

Great work by Brian! We had an aging water heater which died on a Saturday morning. Brian showed up around 5pm, did a review of the situation and quickly provided options. He was pleasant, professional and answered all questions to our satisfaction. Next he quickly moved forward with our choice to an effective solution. He worked hard and efficiently into Saturday evening going above and beyond to be cautious with the landscaping while moving in the new water heater and removing the old one. He professionally completed the job and provided an operations overview of the new water heater when he was finished. He was COVID-19 safety protocol compliant when he arrived - Also energetic, crisp and clean. He was a bit less energetic and dirtier when he left, but still on top of his game. Great attitude throughout. This was a true Five Star experience!!! My wife and I are both happy with our choice and the result. Thank you!

We are members of the family plan with Tom Moffett Plumbing. Through this plan, they provide a complimentary yearly home inspection to make sure everything is working in proper order and there are no foreseeable problems on the horizon. As always, our experience today was excellent. Connor thoroughly checked out the house and made some minor recommendations. It gives me piece of mind knowing that everything is in good shape. I have found all of the technicians at Tom Moffett Plumbing to be personable, helpful, and trustworthy. Thank you for another great experience!

Vince and Nate cleared my outside drain lines and my shower and washer lines. . They were so polite, Easy to talk to and worked so very hard. They were fun and personable. I am so happy with them, their work ethic and the great job they did clearing my drains. Mr Moffett., you are very lucky to have these two fine, hard working young men in your employ. I think they both deserve a raise. Thank you for sending them to our home .

Brian and Jeremy fixed a leaky outdoor water main, installed a new kitchen faucet and a water softener system. They were quick to respond to my call. Brian arrived 2 hours after my first call and did all the work the following day. I had been quoted two different times on a water softening system and I know what neighbors paid for a water softener. Moffett plumbing beat all the quotes and what the neighbors paid. I am super happy with this business!
