Darryl our technician was wonderful. We have use Do it Rights for two of household projects. The pricing was fair and honest. Darryl provided us great feedback and answers all of our plumbing questions and even gave us advice of how to prevent any issues in the future. Calling a plumber is scary because you don’t know what or who you are going to get. Our past experience with plumbers has not be favorable. Do it right plumber sent us Darryl and we are happy with our service. We will definitely call Do It plumbers again for any future plumbing projects and needs.

I was a bit familiar with Angie's list so I decided to go this route because I knew it would allow me to find multiple options in an area near me. I applied for 4 free quotes and Do it Right Plumbers called me within seconds to address my request. I spoke to a very kind and helpful woman who set me up for an appointment. I received a text that let me know who and what to expect the day of the appointment. When Darryl arrived, I recognized him because I had his picture in the text message. He arrived with help and thanks to that, they were able to work on multiple tasks during the same time. They were here for about an hour, and they fixed a clog in the kitchen, replaced a pipe in a bathroom sink, replaced a faucet, and they even adjusted some minor things in the other bathroom. Darryl didn't charge me for those adjustments, that was cool of his part. They were professional, on time, and had a good sense of humor as well. Darryl showed me what the issues were and gave me tips on prevention and maintenance. I paid with a credit card, so I didn't need cash, that made it very convenient. Positive experience here; I recommend these guys with no hesitation.

Everyone I spoke to or met was professional, pleasant and efficient. It felt as though the customer service professionals and job scheduler answered the phones with smiles on their faces, they were that friendly and willing to help. The plumbers, Tristan and PJ, did an excellent job. They arrived wearing masks, gloves and plastic booties...which was so appreciated. We had 3 things we needed done (install new garbage disposal, replace a faucet, install new toilet with bidet). They explained everything they were doing, gave us a quote and were able to do the bulk of the work in one day. I was so pleased with the work they did, and their amazing attitudes. I would highly recommend them!

Do It Right always does it right! Every member of their office staff who I spoke to was friendly and responsive. When the plumber was on her way, I received a text with a link with a constantly updating ETA and location - no waiting around for a four-hour window like I’ve experienced with some other companies. Riaunna was friendly and professional, took her time to diagnose the issue, and offered me solutions at a variety of price points and levels of work required! The work was completed quickly and cleanly. I have had other plumbing repairs done by Do It Right in the past and I trust their service, quality, and integrity every time.
