I have used Done-Rite Plumbing And Rooter in the past, and they've always done good work. They are honest, working with me on price and services, and are overall good people. Today I had Austin and Moe fix the pipe leaking in the front yard. They worked hard and I really appreciate it. I highly recommend this company.

The hot water taps at my place suddenly stopped working. I called early on a Sunday morning, and Dave was happy to walk me through some stop gap measures to get the hot water back on. He then scheduled an early appointment to have the tankless water heater serviced the next morning. Austin arrived on time, was knowledgeable about the issue, and had it resolved quickly as well as handling some related minutiae. Anyone looking for excellent service, this is the place to go!

Austin and Moe were awesome! They were super thorough in their assessment and the repair work. They walked me through everything before the work was done to explain where our leaks were coming from and what they suggested. Super glad we gave found a trustworthy plumber we can call for future needs.

Austin came out and was here about 10 minutes early, which was a pleasant surprise.nnHe took his time and was upfront with all pricing and potential costs. He ran a camera. Showed me what we were looking at. Gave me recommendations without feeling like he was pressuring us into a service we didn't want or need. Professional and courteous across the board.nnIt's never fun having to call a plumber but when the need arises again, these guys will be my first call.

Due to cracks and root invasion, all lines on one end of my dad’s home needed to be replaced. It was a huge job. Dee, Austin and the others worked efficiently and completed everything in a timely manner. Great communication and respect for property and us. Will always use them for plumbing needs and highly recommend them to everyone.
