Great customer service! Ace always happens to have what HD doesn't carry.
I've never been to an Ace that didn't have exceptional customer service. Every employee that I've ever encountered has been super helpful and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job.
The wheel on my Dad's wheelchair came off and the inside of the leg was stripped. The medical supply stores nearby were closed so my husband said let's try Ace. They dropped what they were doing and helped us. Very nice people inside appreciate the great customer service and help fixing it!
They were very helpful in finding what we needed. They greeted us as we came in and took us to where we would find our items.
