Their staff is extremely helpful and nice! Easy and fast to get in and out! Everything you could ask for in a hardware store!

My fav local hardware store. The staff is always offering to assist and very knowledgeable. I usually come out with more than was in my list which is a good thing...and they even have Lysol in stock which is like finding a ud83eudd84. Thanks to Angie and crew

Terrible terrible customer service.nBought a folding table and several folding chair, online & store pick up. This means I never had a chance to see the chair.nTurned out the chair is way too flimsy and will break at any moment. So, I went to the store to return the chair. Surprise surprise, this store won't take back the chairs. Their reason is covid-19. I get that, but the chairs haven't been used.nI told them what if someone sits on the chair, it breaks, and someone gets hurt. Surprise again, the store employees didn't care about that fact. All they care to mention was that they won't take the chairs back.nThe worst part that got me upset was one of the employees was implying that I was lying about the chairs have not been used. He said that there is dirt on the bottom caps of the chair. Of course there is dirt, it was from the parking lot when loading and unloading.nHow could this store stay in business if they treat customer like trash?
