I asked for a reverse balayage on my bleached hair. They nailed the level 5 brown color, but I left the salon with harsh, uneven green highlights (were supposed to be blonde). I wouldn't be angry if they had tried harder to fix it, as the look wasn't even remotely wearable. Don't get your hair done here if you have previously processed hair, especially without a consultation because the hairdressers here are obviously quite inexperienced in color theory. They did do a good job on my keratin treatment though, and if I had a consultation the appointment may have gone better.

I just recently moved to Burlington, WA, and have been trying to use local places. I've never before left a negative review anywhere, but this review I am placing as a WARNING. I got eyelash extensions here, was pleased with the look, followed all instructions, and am horrified that each lash that has fallen out has taken me ENTIRE lash with it!! I have almost no lashes left. I have gotten my lashes done at other salons before even hiked the Swiss Alps with them and have not had this occur ever.

My hairdresser was Benjie and he did amazing! I got a haircut and showed him a reference photo and he got it EXACTLY like the photo. He took the time to talk to me about what I would prefer and what I wouldn’t like. I love my haircut so much and I am definitely coming back! FIVE STARS!

I got a haircut with layers and bangs and I love it!! Janeth is so great at her job and I love that we carry good conversation and feel very welcomed and comfortable. I definitely recommend her.

My first visit. Bengie trimmed my hair. He listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me a perfect trim. Was very happy and left the salon feeling like a million bucks!
