Anacortes Nail

Had my nails done late Saturday. Polish never set correctly and was a mess. Went back in Monday morning to try to repair it. Offered to do it myself but no one spoke English well enough to under what I was trying to do. Zero customer service . I waited a few minutes and left . Will not return .

Took friend/co worker to get pedicures for her bday. Worst place ever. No massaging, scrubbing or anything an actual pedicure entails except for painting toes. My lines were super crooked and uneven and was charged 40 bucks for painted white lines! Never going back, only good was the message chairs!

Very dirty nothing is sterilized. So gross

This place has been an awesome find for me, since moving to San Juan Island in March.nThe staff is very good at accommodating and accomplishing my needs due to the ferry schedule.

I'm an Anacortes resident who switched from Washington Nails, then 2Q until Alex and Ann left. Since then, staff at Fidalgo Nails have always greeted me immediately and all my pedicures have been 100% in the three years I have been going to them. I go to get my calluses smoothed down and I never fail to return home with baby soft feet. Like anywhere, treat the staff the way you want to be treated!! I always recommend them to the newbies in town.
