Great people, and great customer service.
Just walked in for a refrigerator ice maker connection hose. There were 8 different options even on that particular item, differing in material, length, only hose, hose and valve set etc. I was so impressed that they bother to carry such a variety. I asked to an employee about his advice on each item, he was so knowledgable and helpful.nnEven on a Saturday afternoon, there was no parking problem outside. Plenty other stores nearby. My choice of Home Improvement Store, my choice of location from now on.
It's a clean and organized store. The customer service is okay. Sometimes you can be shopping and need some help with something and there's no employees to be found and that can be very frustrating. But, in most cases Lowes staff is helpful. Hope Lowes will address that issue if they haven't already.
I can’t write a review because both times I was there I left as I could not find anyone to help me. (One time was before the pandemic so no excuse.)nAfter about twenty minutes I finally found someone but he works in paint and I needed faucets so he said he couldn’t help. I went to Home Depot. Had great knowledgeable quick service there. Ace Hardware is the absolute best for customer service though. Lowe’s is the absolute worst.
Picked up some beautiful plants. Service was outstanding from all employees. Great experience. Thank you.
