Purchased the rock creek 4 inch house numbers in flat black for a hefty price of $40 per number. After installation, the numbers started to appear like they were flaking but they were not. Almost looked like the protective plastic film they place on products was bubbling up or peeling off except there was no plastic film.nnSub par quality, horrible customer service, and premium pricing. These ingredients will accelerate BK filing. Good luck surviving.nnNotified customer service and had a horrible experience. They offered no solutions but 15% off. After multiple requests to escalate our case, we finally had them sent replacements. It’s been 3-4 months and we have only received 3 of 5 numbers. Hope the same thing does not happens again but I feel it will.

We had the absolute worst experience buying a sofa/sleeper from Rejuvenation. First I was told by the salesman at the Costa Mesa store that my credit card would not be charged until they actually shipped the $3k sofa from the East coast. Well, my credit card was charged immediately. After a month of waiting, they then delivered the wrong sofa. Ugh. After another month, they then delivered the wrong sofa again. So twice they sent us the wrong sofa and held my money the entire time! They finally figured out that the sofa was no longer available. Complete waste of time and money. Despite how frustrating and stressful the situation has been, Rejuvenation management had no urgency in resolving the problem. Had to deal with a number of different people. And, after all this, they offered me a 10% discount if I bought another sofa from them. Ha, Ha ... not going to happen. How insulting. Will never do business with them again.
