Andrea rocks! She has been my “go to” for a good 20 years now.
Walked in asking for information. I asked “excuse me I know you don’t take walks in but...” she abruptly replyed “no I don’t” and turned her back on me. The remaining of the sentence I was not able to speak was: “... but do you have any opening today?”. Very rude. You should never turn away a customer this way! Customer service first.
