I agree with the previous post. In addition I stood in front of a guy for 5 min while he was on his phone clearly trying to ignore me. When I told him what I wanted he laughed and walked away. I’m not one to review anyplace badly but they clearly need to improve their service.nnPROFESSIONALS: I recommend going to other plumbing places this was a waste of time
#1. If you don't speak Vietnamese, don't bother, in my opinion.n#2. And I am not sure if it is because I'm a woman or because I'm white, but in my opinion, very rude yaking away in their language, and laughing as I attempt, with pictures and name (plumber gave me) of the plumbing part. Mean and abrupt at each of my attempts to get my message through to them.
