My iPhone was stolen and PPD escorted me to the address where “Find MynPhone” was showing on the map. They were kind, supportive, and understanding with the situation at hand. My family and I are going through a difficult time and need to be in constant contact. I wish I knew their names because they should be recognized for what they did. Many times we hear negative things about those in authority, however I wanted to say a huge thank you to those officers who brought me hope in a difficult time. It may seem like a small thing, but sometimes those small things are what help us to face the bigger things at hand. THANK YOU!!!

I have had multiple non-emergency interactions with our police department (code enforcement, lost wallet, general questions). Each and every person we have come in contact with have been professional and helpful.
Ive called twice about vagrants (the 1st time it took them over 45 mins to respond) near my property, who are up all night, stealing items from local businesses and they made them leave ONE NIGHT! AND NOW THEY'RE BACK!!! DONT COPS KNOW TO TRESPASS THESE PEOPLE?? I HAVE A FAMILY! I CANT HAVE CRACKHEADS RUNNING AROUND ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT! The Placentia PD is incompetent to say THE LEAST!nPS. The dispatcher was 100% compentent and polite
This is one of the finest police department I’ve know, we have called them a couple of times regarding suspicious people at our house and they responded immediately, they were there just like that, we really feel safe in our new home just knowing our police Dept. Is minutes away, thank you so much Placentia police dept.
