Kristal was great. She did not complain once about my long and thick hair like other salon professionals do. She asked me what I wanted and delivered it perfectly. She was fast and efficient and did a great job with my haircut.

I love going to refinery style bar for all my hair care needs. This is a high end salon with experienced hair professionals that do an amazing job with my hair! It's relaxing to get my hair balyaged, deep conditioned, and cut while enjoying a glass of wine. I won't go anywhere else! I love their selection of hair care products too! I highly recommend!

I finally found a salon! I’ve been looking for a place in Tacoma for two years. Refinery is in a great location, super clean and cute without being stuffy or uncomfortable. I saw Brianna and was perfectly happy with the consultation and cut I received. She communicates very clearly to make sure you get just what you want. I’m planning to go back for a color change soon. I also appreciated that she asked if I needed suggestions for things but wasn’t pushy about products or other services. If you are hunting for a new place just go here!
