I have never been to a nail salon where I felt the quality of the work was significantly better or worse than ever other place....until I went here. The salon is not fancy. But the craftsmanship of the work is amazing. My nails reliably last 3 weeks every time. The staff is super friendly and I feel very comfortable when I am there

My experience was awful. I called ahead to see if they had time for a new set of acrylic nails and they said that yes they did have time. However, when I got there they are not even called “queen nails” but go by an entirely different name “century nails”. I told the lady four times I wanted a new set because two of my nails had broken off. I had gotten a colored dip powder and I wanted them to match, plus most of the nails I had started to lift pretty badly because the other place I went to was rushed also. She told me “you just need a fill” over and over and didn’t listen to me despite protesting I wanted a new set. Not wanting to argue anymore because I just needed them fixed I picked a beige gel color. Not even getting to the color yet, they insisted I pay already. I told them four times I will not pay until it’s done. They still insisted and I got annoyed but complied so the other lady could close the till. HOWEVER they painted my nails PINK instead of the color I picked! PINK IS NOT BEIGE!! Before when I was picking the color I showed her and she threw the paint sample back in her basket and just glanced at it and said “I know what color that is..” The entire time she was very rude and rough with my hands. Her work was horrid and the powder turned out too thick, uneven, and lumpy. This shop is ridiculous and trashy with horrible customer service. My first and my last time. Hope they get shut down.

If you see a bad review you have to understand that century nails is a very busy north end nail salon. Call ahead or make an appointment. Myself, My friends, mom and many friends are regulars. Simply don’t go if you don’t have time. They are WONDERFUL and do an AMAZING job. If you aren’t happy with something simply ask for them to fix it, they will gladly do it. Great employees and manager. I do wish the gospel music wasn’t on all the time but, hey that is what head phones and conservative are for, right? Good jobs ladies. I appreciate and your time and effort.
