It was good. They always have a lot of beautiful plants and flowers to choose from and even though sometimes I don't go for that. I'm end up getting some. ud83dude04ud83dude01nBut pretty much you will find wherever you are looking for. Or you can order it online.
Great customer service at the pickup for my order. Not so great calling to see if my order was there I was placed to that department at least that's what the employee said and waited 30 minutes on the phone and then hung up. I will give the employee female five star,, but ask for waiting on the phone 30 minutes without being answered that would be a 1 *.
Always have what I'm looking for. Some of the Staff are friendly, but the self check out is way faster. Bathrooms are horrible. Stay away you might catch a disease..
Terrible experience buying a washer at the home depot. April 19, 2020 we purchased a Maytag washer for my mother ($710.74- delivered and installed later that week). Make a long story short - the washer was defective and did not operate. After 3 and a half months from the date of purchase- including 3 visits from Maytag techs- each weeks apart - numerous phone calls, filing a complaint against Home Depot with BBB, being contacted by their Escalations dept, a week trying to contact the store manger in Salinas unsuccessfully, a full refund was credited to the Home Depot Visa card used to buy the washer - almost 4 months prior.nnNov. 19, 2018 Visited this store around 2 pm. We needed materials to finish building a back yard storage shed. They didn't have the wood panels we needed in stock. We ended buying some that were more expensive, $11.00 more per panel. There were many employees walking around yet none of them asked us if we needed any help. I walked up to one employee and asked if we could get help on aisle 19. He instructed me to ask for help a couple of aisles away. An employees arrived after a couple of minutes. He confirmed the panels were out of stock and left. He didn't suggest any other panels nor did he say when they were expecting a new shipment. We decided to get different panels despite the much higher price. We began to load 4 panels onto a big cart. These are very large and heavy panels. There were 2 employees within feet from us, and another employee a few feet from them. None offered to help us load the panels. We struggled but finally loaded them. Next, we needed sheetrock. We struggled again to load them as they were equally as big and heavy if not more. Again, no help from the many employees standing around.nSome months prior to this, we rented a log splitter at this store and drove it home, 40 minutes away. Filled it with gasoline and powered it on. Thick black smoke filled the air and the engine stopped working. We had to drive back only to find out they didnt have any other splitters for rent. Time spent driving = 1 hour 20 minutes cost of fuel =$40 plus $10 for the splitter = $50. Thanks Home Depot for renting us faulty equipment and costing us time and money.
Lots of tools. A mans paradise. This place is great to waste time and buy tools. By waste time i mean its almost like theres no cashiers available when you need them, and to find someone who knows anything is near mission impossible most of the time. It would be nice to have home depot employees who know what they are doing. Im surpirsed home depot does not invest in training its employees. All of this is not possible without a manager though, so my question is this, is the mananger properly eduacted to run such a business?
