Betina's

I drive all the way to Betina's from Spanaway because I love the way Tara does my hair! It is definitely worth the drive.

People are nice but could not get my grandmas hair even. She asked for a simple trim and it just looked really uneven.

My daughter’s and I have been going to Betina for over 17 years. She is always up to date with all the latest styles and products. We are so fortunate to have someone we trust.

Very friendly and knowledge hairstylists. Clean, modern style salon. Nice music too. I have been going here for nearly 20 years. I am always happy with what I have done. :)

I’ve waited over a year to post my review. I moved to the area just a few years ago and was looking for a new salon. I already had a balayage with blondes in my hair at the time I went in for a touch up. The hairdresser didn’t have me facing the mirror and didn’t ask about specifics for my hair or talk about my hair period, she just began. About twenty minutes in, sweat was dripping down my back and my head was feeling hot, she told me it was normal and I told her that it was too hot. She checked it and said it was fine but I asked her to rinse out my hair so she began rinsing out my hair and put some stuff on it. While she did that she left the salon, I saw her get in her minivan and leave for about ten minutes. She said she went to her house to get a bottle of special shampoo/conditioner repair for my hair (sold me the bottle but when I went to use it later there was only about 1/3 product left in the bottle). I think I was left in the salon by myself for this time. She then blow dried my hair and told me she put an accelerator on my already pre-bleached hair when coloring it, but she didn’t have me face the mirror and then curled my hair. When it was done I looked in the mirror and about 6 inches of my hair was burnt off. I paid and left in shock, over the next week almost another four inches broke off my hair. My experience here was bizarre and awful and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
