Carmel Police Department

I’m not sure if these officers take their job seriously.

Does anyone know how the police dept tracks the 2-3 hour parking limit downtown. I have gotten 4 tickets this year and my tires weren't marked by chalk? I have asked them several times and they just don't respond. I have a GPS tracker and the readings don't change when I move the card one parking spot forward or backwards. How are they tracking?

I wrote a while back about Dawn Almario Castro my sister inlaw, I was doing something for Delancey Street Foundation in 2000 for families around the world. Dawn was there with co-workers 3 yrs. ago at my cousin ronnie frankums house on the eastside at the conclusion of family meeting 15 yrs.later. Did any thing happen to officers after attending this meeting, did the Becerras come looking for the C>D>s of meeting. I have learned that they have this laser on the streets and in the county jail for over 30 yrs. giving people heart attacks and collecting life insurance. They have a laptop version that can be ran with relay laptop, they put these rivet like metal or lead pieces in the walls or where ever they need for these lasers to bounce off of, and cameras with speaker, microphones on them to see what they want to hit. From Go Pro camera shop, and Nick Woodland was doing this meeting with Delancey St. Foundation in 2000 he is the CEO. I just wanted to let you know because my family is still fighting off the Becerras who worked in the jail and live in Morgan Hill, they were told that they couldn't do anything for the rest of thier lives at meeting 3yrs. ago where Dawn and co-workers attended Robert Villegas,Danny Navarette, Ed and Sue Becerra, my aunts family Juanita Frankum, son Ronnie, Gloria Vargas, daughters, Nicole Radcliffe, Raul Jerome from mountain view, mike ramirez, people I grew up with on the Northside of town Backesto Park area, the Becerras nephews from L.A., and some family members of are family.This ended 3yrs. ago and I'm trying to recover my gifts and money that families from around the world gave me and 500 million from Mr. Woodland that my aunt Juanita who said she was my mom at family meeting, Robert Villegas, Danny Navarette, sue and ed becerra, raul jerome still have 3yrs. my earnings so they keep threatening my family. so before this happens just wanted to let someone know.
